If there is an app that can provide fitness knowledge, provide nutrition recipes, and allow users to exercise in fragmented time, it will reduce the pressure of many people's lives. So I decided to make fitness helper.

Learnings & Findings
Many users will go to the Internet to search for some fitness videos and some scientific recipes, but only watching some videos will make them very confused, because they don't know what kind of posture is correct, so it will lead to inefficient training and unachievable effect they want, so I think we can make some scientific exercise videos and help users solve these pain points. They also need accurate healthy recipes to control their weight. Some of them also said they would be more efficient if they had smart devices to help them monitor their activities throughout the day.
